About the Role

We are expanding our Business Development team and seeking ambitious sales professionals and high-energy freshers who want to build a high-growth career in B2B IT Infrastructure Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate/enterprise client accounts across India.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking to schedule qualified sales meetings.
- Engage directly with C-level executives, IT Heads, CIOs, and Procurement leaders to understand their IT requirements.
- Present customized solutions across Networking, Servers, Data Center Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and AMCs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: Lead Generation $rightarrow$ Discovery Meeting $rightarrow$ Requirement Gathering $rightarrow$ Proposal $rightarrow$ Deal Closure.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.

What We Are Looking For: For Experienced Candidates (1–4 Years):





- Proven background in B2B IT Sales or IT Infrastructure.
- Hands-on knowledge of Networking, Servers, Cybersecurity, Storage, Data Center, or AMC sales.
- Existing networks/relationships with OEMs, system integrators, or IT decision-makers will be a strong advantage.

For Freshers / Entry-Level:

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- High confidence in reaching out to senior leaders and making cold calls.
- Hunger to learn enterprise sales with a growth-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
