Graduation is mandatory for Sales Profile , not key in Customer Service.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Identify potential customers, generate sales leads, and promote company products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Follow up with prospective customers, prepare quotations, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
