- Education: 10th Standard pass minimum; an ITI certificate or Diploma in plastic processing/mechanical trade is often preferred. [1]
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing or injection moulding; freshers are frequently hired into trainee positions. [1]
- Key Skills:
- Basic knowledge of plastic materials and common molding defects.
- Ability to perform visual and variable quality checks.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day, evening, or night).
- Discipline, physical stamina for standing/moving components, and basic documentation skills.
