- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration, infrastructure operations, patch management, vulnerability remediation, or security operations.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in server patching, enterprise update management, or a related infrastructure operations function.
- Demonstrated experience in vulnerability remediation tracking, patch compliance, operational reporting, and change-controlled execution.
Certifications
- Microsoft Windows Server, endpoint/infrastructure management, or security-related certifications preferred.
- Security or vulnerability-management certifications are an advantage.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
