Tasks You May Demonstrate

- Diagnosing and resolving a technical issue.
- Demonstrating system administration or configuration tasks.
- Troubleshooting networking or operating system problems.
- Analysing system logs or verifying a technical solution.

Responsibilities
- Perform a practical IT task using appropriate tools.
- Record your screen for 25–30 minutes.
- Explain diagnostic steps, troubleshooting decisions,



and verification procedures.
- Demonstrate professional IT expertise.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of relevant IT support or systems experience.
- Experience with operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, or IT administration.
- Access to a Mac with an Apple M-series chip or newer.
- Transparent spoken English narration.
