Required Skills

- Strong experience with Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure support.
- Hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, Nutanix AHV, and Prism.
- Experience with Dell server hardware, iDRAC, and server deployments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, security groups, and folder permissions.
- Proficiency in SCCM/MECM for patch management.
- Solid PowerShell and/or PowerCLI scripting skills.
- Understanding of IPv4 networking, DNS, LAN/WAN, subnetting, and VLAN concepts.
- Knowledge of HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, clustering, and storage technologies (iSCSI/NFS/FC).
- Experience working within ITIL processes, SLA-driven support, and change management frameworks.

Certifications:
- Preferred certifications: Microsoft, VMware VCP-DCV, Nutanix NCP-MCI, and ITIL Foundation.
