What You'll Be Called: Associate - Influencer Marketing

Where You'll Work: Lower Parel, Mumbai

What You'll Do:

● Understand influencers based on their followers, content, engagement, and audience.

● Reach out to influencers for brand collaborations.

● Coordinate with influencers and ensure they understand the campaign requirements.

● Maintain an updated database of influencers for future campaigns.

● Track whether influencers have submitted their content on time.

● Keep track of campaign details such as reach, views, likes, comments, and engagement.

● Research trending content, reels, creators, and social media trends.

● Support the team in planning and executing influencer campaigns.

● Work with the Creative, Brand, and Digital teams to coordinate campaigns.

● Help prepare basic campaign reports and understand what content performed well.

● Find and research relevant Instagram influencers and content creators.

Who You Are:

A fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Marketing,



or a similar field.

● Interested in Instagram, Reels, influencers, and social media trends.

● Good understanding of popular creators and current social media trends.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining data.

● Basic understanding of social media metrics like views, reach, likes, comments, and engagement.

● Valuable research skills and attention to detail.

● Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks.

● Interest in beauty, skincare, haircare, or personal care will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
