Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Electronics Engineering

Job Summary To improve manufacturing productivity, optimize manpower and machine utilization, reduce production costs, and ensure efficient manufacturing processes in an EMS setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement line balancing, cycle time studies, and time-and-motion studies.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and overall equipment utilization across SMT and assembly lines.
- Conduct manpower planning and optimize resource utilization as per production requirements.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma concepts.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, UPH, cycle time, productivity, and rejection rates.
- Prepare and maintain process flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality,



Maintenance, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.
- Support new product introduction (NPI), process layout planning, and production line setup.
- Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement waste-reduction measures.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of EMS manufacturing processes, preferably SMT, THT, PCB assembly, and final assembly.
- Experience in time study, line balancing, capacity planning, and productivity improvement.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP/ERP and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
