- Conduct time studies, method studies, and work measurement to improve operational efficiency.

- Perform production line balancing and optimize workflow to minimize bottlenecks and idle time.

- Prepare and implement manpower planning and production capacity plans based on business requirements.

- Optimize plant layout, material flow, and utilization of machines, manpower, and other resources.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives.

- Analyze production data, identify productivity gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Support new product and project implementation, production line setup, and process improvement activities.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance,



and other cross-functional departments to achieve production targets.

- Identify opportunities for waste reduction, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.

- Support CAPEX planning and implementation for manufacturing process improvements.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, manpower utilization, and cycle time.

- Prepare and maintain industrial engineering reports, work standards, and process documentation.
