– Industrial Engineer (IE)

Responsibilities

- Conduct time and motion studies for stitching, stuffing, assembly, and finishing.
- Set production targets and calculate production time, capacity, and cost for recent toy designs.
- Improve production methods, line efficiency, and manpower utilization.
- Prepare operation bulletins (OB), line layouts, and material consumption reports.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Sampling, HR, and Quality teams.
- Plan manpower, line loading, and production schedules according to delivery priorities.
- Monitor operator performance, machine utilization, and daily production output.
- Reduce material wastage, idle time, rework, and manufacturing costs.
- Conduct production audits and ensure standard methods are followed.




- Support worker training and guide IE team members.
- Introduce process improvements to maintain quality and meet delivery deadlines.

Authorities & Accountability
- Plan manpower allocation and production-line loading.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and machine utilization.
- Maintain IE records and achieve production targets.
- Reduce costs and ensure timely delivery with consistent quality.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
- Experience in garment, textile, or soft toy manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of time study, line balancing, capacity planning, and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
