ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an Industrial Designer for a fast-growing consumer food brand in Gurugram.

You will design food products and structural packaging that people use every day, from concept sketches through to products ready for manufacturing. You will work closely with an experienced design leader who actively mentors and develops young designers, preparing them to take on bigger challenges.

This role suits designers who think like entrepreneurs: people who spot opportunities, take ownership of ideas and can explain their thinking clearly.

Fresh graduates may also join through a 3-month internship track, with conversion to a full-time role on successful completion.

ROLE SNAPSHOT

- Location: Gurugram (on-site)
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Employment: Full-time, or 3-month internship with conversion to full-time
- Working days: Monday–Friday on-site; Saturdays adaptable / work from home

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design innovative, user-centric food products and structural packaging
- Develop unique food product shapes and packaging concepts that improve the consumer experience and set the brand apart
- Research global food, packaging and consumer design trends to find opportunities for innovation




- Create concept sketches, 3D renders, prototypes and design presentations
- Work with product development, packaging, creative teams and suppliers to turn concepts into commercially viable products
- Support design validation by considering manufacturability, supply chain and cost

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design from a leading design institute
- A strong portfolio showing concept development, product design, CAD modelling and visualisation
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools
- Academic projects, internships or hands-on experience in product, packaging or consumer product design is an advantage
- Excellent communication and the ability to present ideas with clarity
- An entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of your work
