Skill Set

Job Role & Responsibilities

- Motor Design & Optimization: Design single-phase and three-phase AC induction motors, optimize electromagnetic circuits, and balance torque density, efficiency, and thermal performance.
- Calculations & Documentation: Perform electrical, thermal, and mechanical design calculations, generate Bill of Materials (BOMs), and maintain technical documentation.
- Component & Material Selection: Specify stator and rotor assemblies, laminations, copper/aluminum windings, insulation systems, shafts, bearings, and housing materials.
- Testing & Validation: Support prototype build, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), performance validation, and root-cause analysis for product failures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Work with manufacturing, quality (DFMEA, APQP), vendor development, and sales/marketing teams to transition designs from concept to mass production.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in rotating electrical machinery or electric motor design (AC induction motors, special-purpose motors) Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
