We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Automation Electrician to join our pioneering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the physical deployment, wiring, troubleshooting, and testing of complex industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate brings extensive, hands-on experience in control panel wiring, machine field installation, and interacting with PLC/HMI environments. You will play a critical role in bringing our cutting-edge automation designs to life on the shop floor and at client facilities. Key Roles & Responsibilities Machine Wiring & Panel Assembly

- Execute complete electrical wiring of industrial machinery, including cable tray routing, conduit installation, and field sensor/actuator termination.
- Perform high-quality control panel wiring, layout construction, component mounting, and terminal distribution according to engineering schematics.
- Read, interpret, and accurately follow electrical circuit diagrams, P&IDs;, and manufacturing blueprints.
- Electrical Drafting & Design: Capable of drawing and modifying detailed electrical schematic drawings using AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD software packages.

PLC & HMI Diagnostics

- Diagnose, test, and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)

- Navigate HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens and SCADA systems to monitor machine states, verify alarms, and isolate software-to-hardware faults.
- Work closely with automation engineers during system commissioning, loop checking, and final factory acceptance testing (FAT). Maintenance & Hardware Management
- Configure, install, and calibrate hardware components, including VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), servo drives, soft starters, and overload relays.

Safety & Documentation

- Strictly follow industrial safety regulations, local electrical codes, and standard Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) protocols.
- Document all technical changes, updates, and redlines made to electrical schematics during assembly or site commissioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: ITI certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Technical Experience: Proven hands-on track record working with an automation system integrator or within an automated manufacturing workplace.
- Hardware Familiarity: Solid understanding of major automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric, Delta, Mitsubishi).
- Component Expertise: Deep knowledge of proximity sensors, photoelectric switches, safety light curtains, limit switches, and control circuit components.
- Core Abilities: Ability to work on physical components for extended shifts, excellent color vision for wire identification, and a sharp troubleshooting mindset.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks on electrical systems, instrumentation, and emergency stops.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment (multimeters, insulation testers, loop calibrators) to rapidly resolve electrical breakdowns.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
