- Prepare Indian dishes, including South Indian and North Indian cuisine.
- Cook rice, chapati, roti, dosa, idli, curries, biryani, dal, vegetables, and other menu items as required.
- Prepare ingredients, spices, gravies, and masalas.
- Maintain the taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Monitor ingredient stocks and inform management when supplies are low.
- Minimize food wastage and follow portion-control standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
