What You’ll Own

- Win new clients and build a solid sales pipeline from scratch.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from first outreach to deal closure.
- Build relationships with founders, CXOs, and HR leaders.
- Drive revenue, profitability, client retention, and account growth.
- Build repeatable sales playbooks using AI and modern sales tools.
- Grow into building and leading a sales team as we scale.

Who You Are

- 4–8 years of B2B services sales experience, ideally in recruitment, staffing, HR tech, or consulting.
- A proven track record of winning clients and achieving revenue targets.




- A natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Commercially sharp, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excited by ownership, experimentation, and building something from the ground up.
