Test Lead / Manager -YoE 10-15)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our offshore testing team. In this role, resource will be responsible for maintaining and executing automated test suites using Cypress, Rainbow and Mystero framework.

Required Skills & Experience

· Hands-on experience with Cypress for UI/E2E test automation.

· Hands-on experience for Mobile automation with Rainbow and Mystero framework.

· Proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript for writing and maintaining Cypress test scripts.

· Understanding of YAML based scripting for Mystero.

· Working knowledge of Python for scripting, test utilities, or API testing.

· Experience writing explicit, structured manual test cases and test plans.

· Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

· Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Experience with version control using Git.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain, and execute automated end-to-end test scripts using Cypress

· Design comprehensive manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements Identify, document, and track defects through the full bug lifecycle

· Collaborate with onshore development and product teams across time zones to understand requirements and acceptance criteria

· Participate in sprint ceremonies (standups, grooming, retrospectives) as an offshore contributor

· Maintain test documentation, including test results, coverage reports,



and regression suites

· Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks

· Support smoke, regression, integration, and UAT testing cycles

Essential Skills

Hands-on experience with Cypress for UI/E2E test automation.
