Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls regarding product queries, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

Requirements





- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Prior experience in customer support or inbound calling is preferred.

Preferred Candidate A proactive, patient, and service-oriented individual who can handle customer queries efficiently and professionally. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
