- Monitor shipment schedules and track consignments to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customs clearance procedures and resolve any import-related issues or delays.
- Negotiate freight rates and logistics costs to optimize expenses.
- Maintain accurate records of imports, duties, taxes, and shipments.
