- Coordinate import and export shipments with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.

- Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and declarations.

- Monitor shipments from booking through delivery, resolving delays, discrepancies, and documentation issues.

- Support customs clearance and ensure transactions comply with trade rules, company procedures, and destination-country requirements.

- Track shipment costs, delivery schedules, and logistics performance; maintain accurate records and reports.

- Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, finance, and production teams.

- Assist with freight quotations, logistics planning, and claims for damaged or missing cargo.

- Keep up to date with changes in shipping procedures and trade requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
