Miravan Consulting is hiring for a leading company in the Shipping & Logistics industry for an experienced Import Executive to join their team in Fort, Mumbai.

Experience: 2+ Years of Relevant Experience
Industry: Shipping & Logistics
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage import shipment operations and documentation.
- Handle Bill of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Arrival Notice, and Delivery Order (DO).
- Work on e-SANCHIT documentation and support customs clearance formalities through ICEGATE, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers.
- Track vessel arrivals, shipment status, and cargo delivery schedules.
- Maintain shipment records,
trackers, and MIS reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in import operations, shipping, or freight forwarding.
- Practical knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance procedures.
- Familiarity with e-SANCHIT, ICEGATE, and NVOCC operations will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
