About the Role

Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Import Executive to manage import-related activities, including vessel booking, freight handling, CHA coordination, and customs clearance. The candidate should have practical experience in import logistics, shipping documentation, and coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle vessel booking and coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
- Manage import freight and track shipment status, schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agents) for customs clearance.
- Manage import documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with customs agents, transporters, and logistics partners to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Follow up on customs clearance procedures and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Maintain import records, shipment details, and freight cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with import procedures and applicable customs regulations.




- Coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments regarding import shipments, freight invoices, and related payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or International Trade will be preferred.
- Prior experience in import operations and logistics is required.
- Practical experience in Vessel Booking, Import Freight Handling, CHA Handling, and Customs Clearing is essential.
- Knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance procedures.
- Positive coordination, communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and shipment tracking systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in import logistics, shipping lines, freight forwarding, or CHA operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
