Position: Implant executive-E commerce

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post graduate(Most preferably BTech and MBA)

Experience:min 2 years

Salary:min 5 LPA

*Job Location: Bangalore

- An Implant will be an Operational extension of the KAM within the customer ecosystem, would be responsible for executuin seamless orders, availability, supplies related issue resolution while providing the KAM with actionable business insights
- With ever expanding footprint of DC's and Cities and the quantum of orders processed growing steeply its necessary to have a dedicated implant as a SPOC for all vendor SCM teams
- While a KAM primarily owns the business and relationship and IMPLANT would be making sure the business runs smoothly everyday

- Key deliverable s
- Order & replenishment operations

- Track customer orders/POs
- Monitor whether POs are being serviced fully
- Identify short supplies, cancellations and fill-rate issues
- Coordinate with supply chain, warehouses and CFA
- Track pending orders and ensure closure
- Flag potential stock-outs to the KAM

- Daily reporting




- PO received vs PO supplied
- Apppintment rescheduling / cancellation management
- Stock Cover / Ageing analysis and resolution

- Retruns/Damages management if any
- Core Capabilities
- Data: Excel/Sheets, dashboards, basic analytics
- Operations: PO supply inventory availability understanding
- Customer management: Ability to work independently with customer backend teams
- Problem solving: Find root cause rather than simply escalate problems
- Commercial understanding: Understand how availability, pricing, promotions and distribution translate into sales
