Job Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through phone calls and respond to immigration-related enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services in a clear, skilled manner.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads and convert enquiries into client registrations.
- Schedule consultations with our immigration counsellors and legal team.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly calling, follow-up and client conversion targets.
- Build trust with clients through professional communication and ethical counselling.

Who Should Apply?
- Excellent communication skills in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle follow-ups and achieve sales goals.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and email.

Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, counselling, sales or the immigration industry will be an advantage.
