Designation: Inside Sales Executive

Location : Navi Mumbai

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialists with 1-2 years of experience in sales or telecalling to generate leads and schedule meetings for our HRMS sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients over the phone.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's HRMS solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the benefits of HRMS products.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends.

Required Skills

- years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with the ability to convert inquiries into qualified leads.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in HRMS, SaaS, software, or B2B sales will be preferred.
