Immigration Consultant :Role & responsibilities

- Counsel clients on Australia PR and Canada PR pathways.
- Assess client profiles and explain eligibility criteria.
- Explain visa options, requirements, fees, and procedures.
- Provide accurate information on immigration processes.
- Conduct client consultations and resolve queries.
- Follow up with potential clients and registrations.
- Convert enquiries into client registrations.
- Maintain client records and follow up regularly.

Branch Manager :Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and administration.
- Lead and monitor sales and immigration teams.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Guide clients on immigration and visa services.
- Monitor client registrations and conversion rates.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective clients.
- Supervise documentation and application processing.
- Maintain client satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and immigration procedures.




- Hands-on experience with Australia PR and Canada PR visa processes.
