Required Skills

- Strong SAP EWM functional expertise (5+ years)
- Hands-on experience in:
- Inbound Operations & Dock Appointment Scheduling
- Outbound Operations, Staging & Dispatch
- Cross-Docking
- Material Movements & Replenishment

- Internal Warehouse Movements
- EWM Integration with ERP/S/4HANA and WAMAS
- Experience with SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
- Experience supporting integrations with WAMAS or other third-party WMS/logistics applications.
- Experience in configuration, testing, incident management, and enhancements
- Solid stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and on-call support as required to support global operations

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP EWM business processes.




- Resolve production issues and deliver enhancements.
- Support EWM integrations with SAP and external warehouse/logistics applications.
- Work with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Support testing, deployments, and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and client teams.
- Provide application support in a 24x7 global support model, including participation in rotational shifts, night-shift coverage, and planned on-call support
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve business-critical incidents within defined SLA timelines during assigned shifts
