Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IELTS Trainer to prepare students for the IELTS examination by delivering effective training in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. The candidate should have strong English communication skills, a sound understanding of the IELTS exam pattern, and the ability to help students achieve their desired band scores.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct IELTS training sessions for all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Assess students' English proficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop lesson plans, practice materials, mock tests, and assignments aligned with the IELTS exam pattern.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to improve students' performance and band scores.
- Monitor student progress and maintain records of attendance, assessments, and performance.
- Teach exam strategies, time management, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
- Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate students' readiness for the examination.
- Stay updated with IELTS test formats, preparation techniques, and relevant training resources.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and result-oriented learning setting.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in English,



Education, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of IELTS modules, assessment criteria, and exam strategies.
- Good classroom management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate students and adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels.
- Proficiency in preparing training materials and conducting assessments.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in IELTS training or English language teaching preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English proficiency and a strong understanding of the IELTS exam may also be considered.

Preferred Skills
- IELTS Academic and General Training preparation experience.
- Experience in conducting mock tests and providing band-wise feedback.
- Ability to handle both classroom and online training sessions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Student improvement in IELTS band scores.
- Student satisfaction and feedback.
- Training quality and completion of the syllabus within the defined timeline.
- Student attendance, engagement, and examination readiness.
