We are inviting experienced and dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team at SRV Hospital, Chembur, a 100-bedded, NABH-accredited tertiary care hospital located in Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai.

- Position: ICU Incharge
- Location: SRV Hospital, Chembur, Mumbai
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience as ICU Incharge
- Qualification: BSc Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Council registration
- Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day ICU operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
- Supervise, guide, and manage ICU nursing staff and duty rosters.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Monitor critical patient care and coordinate with intensivists, consultants, and other healthcare teams.




- Maintain nursing documentation, patient records, and departmental reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of ICU equipment, medicines, and medical supplies.
- Support NABH quality standards, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct staff training, assess performance, and maintain discipline within the team.
- Handle emergencies efficiently and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of critical care nursing and ICU protocols.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage emergencies and work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting.
