Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1+ Years

Salary: Up to 9 LPA for 1+ years of experience; up to 12 LPA for 4+ years of experience

Certifications: CPC / CIC / CCS

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 2 months

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate inpatient medical coding using ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines.
- Review medical records and assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
- Apply IPDRG coding guidelines and ensure coding accuracy.
- Identify documentation gaps and ensure compliance with coding standards.
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.

2. Cardio Surgery Medical Coder

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 1+ year of medical coding experience

Salary: Up to 13 LPA

Certification: Medical Coding Certification Mandatory

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 2 months

Job Responsibilities:

- Review medical records related to cardiovascular and cardiothoracic surgeries.
- Assign accurate codes based on clinical documentation and applicable coding guidelines.
- Demonstrate knowledge of cardiac anatomy, medical terminology,



and surgical procedures.
- Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Meet defined productivity and quality targets.

3. Radiology with Denials

Location: Chennai

Experience: Minimum 1+ year of medical coding experience

Salary: Up to 55,000 per month

Certification: Medical Coding Certification Mandatory

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Responsibilities:

- Review radiology medical records and validate coding accuracy.
- Analyze denials related to radiology claims and identify the underlying reasons.
- Review clinical documentation and coding discrepancies.
- Support denial resolution through accurate coding analysis and documentation review.
- Follow applicable coding guidelines and maintain quality and productivity standards.

General Requirements

- Relevant medical coding experience for the respective specialty.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.
- Valuable analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet quality and productivity expectations.
- Relevant medical coding certification as specified for each position.
