We are an established HVAC engineering solutions company specializing in HVAC project execution, design, installation, maintenance, retrofit, commissioning, and energy-efficient climate control solutions for commercial and industrial clients.

We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Costing & Estimation Engineer with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HVAC project costing, estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and quotation preparation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates based on HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC projects based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and perform quantity take-offs for HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and related materials.
- Calculate material, equipment, labour, installation, and other project-related costs.
- Prepare commercial quotations, cost sheets, and tender submissions.
- Review HVAC drawings and technical specifications to determine project quantities and requirements.
- Obtain and analyse vendor quotations to ensure competitive material and equipment pricing.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, sales,



and project execution teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project specifications and quality standards.
- Revise estimates and quotations based on changes in project scope or client requirements.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in HVAC costing and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Experience in HVAC quotation preparation and tender costing.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and installation costs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and cost calculations.
- Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HVAC costing, estimation, or tendering.
- Experience in HVAC contracting, MEP engineering, building services, or HVAC project execution companies.
- Practical experience in preparing HVAC BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project quotations.
