Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role based in Gumia.

The Human Resources

Specialist will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee records, and personnel administration. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, assisting with performance management processes, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The specialist will also coordinate employee benefits, handle HR documentation,



and ensure compliance with relevant labor regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to HR-related inquiries, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with management to support organizational HR needs.

Qualifications

- Core Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience in HR Management and Personnel Management.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience administering Employee Benefits and managing related documentation and compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, MS Office, and basic HR reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar HR role, preferably within consulting or staffing environments.
