We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of our people function, strengthen HR processes, and support the organization as we continue to grow.

? Experience: 7-9 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle
- Lead HRMS/HRIS implementation, automation and process improvement
- Drive performance management and annual appraisal cycles
- Ensure labour law, statutory and audit compliance
- Coordinate employee insurance, welfare and engagement initiatives
- Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Develop HR policies, processes and SOPs
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS and leadership reports
- Partner with leadership on people strategy and organizational requirements
