Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at our Jodhpur facility, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations and supporting a diverse manufacturing workforce. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and implementing HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and local regulations. The role involves handling performance management cycles, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting employee engagement and retention efforts.

Manager will administer compensation and benefits,



address employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. This role works closely with leadership and departmental managers to foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills in training coordination, workforce development, and talent management to support growth and productivity.
- Ability to manage HR data, use HRIS or related systems, and generate accurate reports for leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a furniture, manufacturing, or similar production setting is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Jodhpur and collaborating closely with factory and office teams.
