Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for the on-site workforce in Rajkot. This full-time role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant departments. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and supporting performance management and training initiatives.
