About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Recruitment and HR Operations functions. This internship offers hands-on exposure to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, documentation, HR coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support campus hiring and recruitment drives.

HR Operations

- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Coordinate background verification and document collection.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Prepare MIS reports and HR-related documentation.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate or final-year student pursuing HR, any graduate or related disciplines.
- Age below 24 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work from the office (Guindy, Chennai).
- Open to travel for recruitment drives and business requirements.
- Proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage.
