Role Description The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel record maintenance. This full time, on-site role is based in Pune City and involves coordinating recruitment activities, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with training and development initiatives.

The HR Generalist will implement and communicate HR policies,



handle employee queries, and support employee engagement and retention efforts. The role also includes administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with management to address workforce planning and workplace issues.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in line with organizational practices.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes.
- Understanding of local employment laws and regulatory compliance in India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or HRIS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and maintain confidentiality.
