Talent Acquisition Executive (Fresher)

Location: Mohali (Work from Office)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support bulk hiring and campus recruitment activities as required.
- Achieve daily recruitment targets,



including making 40-50 candidate calls per day.
- Assist in onboarding activities and pre-joining engagement with selected candidates.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Positive attitude and excellent coordination skills.
