About the Internship & Program Objectives

Cook N Klean is inviting enthusiastic and ambitious HR Interns to accelerate their professional career through real-world startup exposure. This 45-intensive program is meticulously structured to provide deep, hands-on experience across core human resources functions, talent acquisition pipelines and employer branding initiatives.

Detailed Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing & Screening- Source prospective candidates across multiple channels, revie resumes and conduct initial telephone or virtual screenings.
- Employer Branding & JD Crafting-Draft, refine and publish compelling job descriptions tailored for active tech and operational roles
- Interview Coordination- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, synchronize and ensure smooth candidate communication.




- HR Record Management-Maintain organized applicant tracking database ,update candidate statuses and compile weekly recruitment metrics.

Learning Outcomes & Skill Development

- Master end-to-end Recruitment lifecycle Management strategies from sourcing yo onbotding.
- Receive expert guidance on Professional Resume Building & ATS optimization.

Candidate Eligibility & Expectations

- Currently enrolled college students or recent graduates (HR, Business, or related background preferred)
- Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills with high interpersonal aptitude.
- High intrinsic motivation, eagerness to learn and readiness to adapt to a fast-paces startup culture.
