Job Title : HRBP (Retail).

Travel-Required Role: Must be willing to travel to multiple FirstCry stores across Delhi and nearby areas.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
- Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure compliance.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize multiple demands.
- Create hiring plans and drive the team to execute them.
- Manage contractual workforce and unions, particularly in high-volume environments.
- Maintain sound knowledge of labour laws, including Shop Act, CLRA, Factory Act, Qualified Tax, and ESIC.
- Handle labour cases and employee grievances.
- Work with MS Office, Excel, HRIS systems, reports, and dashboards.
- Prepare MIS reports, analyze attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, and maintain dashboards as per business requirements.
- Handle HR documentation, interviews, exit interviews,



PIP discussions, and warning letters.
- Drive employee engagement activities across regions.
- Manage administrative requirements for FirstCry stores.
- Conduct regular store visits and provide orientation and training to store employees.
- Ensure discipline and decorum across stores.
- Maintain close coordination with Operations Managers for day-to-day activities.

- Ability to prepare high-quality documents and reports.

Education & Experience

- Graduate in HR or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Retail Industry only.
