- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer release and joining.
- Handle technical and non-technical hiring across junior, mid-level, and senior positions.
- Recruit for diverse roles, including Delivery Executives, Sales Executives, Engineers, Designers, APCHs, Category Managers, Supply Executives, and Finance professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups, offer closures, and joining.
- Coordinate salary negotiations and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, including hiring TAT, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
