We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. Candidates with experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in BPO Recruitment, IT Recruitment, US IT Recruitment, Sales, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or other relevant fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source, screen, and coordinate with candidates.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented workplace.

Salary Structure
- First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 take-home per month + incentives.




- From 4th Month Onwards: Up to 35,000 take-home per month + incentives, based on performance during the first 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate records.
