Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Blue Collar Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Flipkart's warehouse, logistics, delivery, and other blue-collar positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining against hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as warehouse associates, pickers, packers, delivery executives, loaders, and other operational roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, local vendors, consultants, employee referrals, social media, and local networks.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, location, salary expectations, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Explain job responsibilities, salary structure, working hours, shift timings, and other employment terms to candidates.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers,



sourcing reports, interview updates, and joining reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly sourcing, selection, and joining targets.
- Reduce candidate dropouts by maintaining regular follow-ups before the date of joining.
- Coordinate with the operations team and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely documentation and completion of joining formalities.

Required Skills
- Experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring.
- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to source candidates through multiple channels, including local market networks.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
