Job Summary

Sonoclinic Diagnostic Centre is looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing and screening.

Review resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.





Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.

Support employee engagement and internal coordination.

Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring stakeholders.

Assist with other HR administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Positive communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Immediate joiners preferred.
