- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding.
- Lead recruitment activities and ensure timely hiring for various departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, attendance, leave, and performance management.
- Manage payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee development and retention.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce-related analytics for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Guide and manage the HR team and coordinate with department heads.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial/team-handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and labour compliance.
- Valuable communication, leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HRMS.
