BeWise Classes is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager to lead HR operations, strengthen employee engagement, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Manage HR policies, employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance resolution.
- Implement performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
- Identify training needs and improve HR processes to support business growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Human Resource Management.
- Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR preferred.
