Job Summary

Superbytes Information Technology is looking for a motivated HR Executive with 1+ years of experience to handle recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Post job vacancies on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules.

Manage employee joining and onboarding formalities.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.

Assist with payroll and salary-related activities.

Handle employee queries and coordinate with management.





Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare HR reports.

Support company HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee exit and full-and-final formalities.

Requirements

Male candidates only.

Minimum **1+ year of experience in HR / Recruitment

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Experience with recruitment portals and candidate sourcing.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary & Benefits:

25,000 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
