Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
- Solid understanding of IT recruitment and non-IT recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in BGV, documentation, onboarding, sourcing, verification.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Conduct background verification (BGV) and document checks to ensure candidate eligibility for employment.
- Coordinate joining formalities such as offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
