We are looking for an experienced HRBP Lead to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives. The role will be responsible for end-to-end HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to drive HR and people strategies.

- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.

- Drive performance management and employee development programs.

- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives.

- Support compensation reviews, promotions, and reward programs.





- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.

- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

- Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

- Significant HRBP experience.

- Strong expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance management, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience partnering with senior leadership in a dynamic business setting
