Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria that align with business objectives.
- Develop metrics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement, turnover rates, and other HR-related metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar function.
- Robust understanding of business partnering principles and ability to work closely with senior leadership teams.
- Proficiency in using HR analytics tools such as KPI tracking software or reporting platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
