Job Summary

Dairy Craft India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Officer (Counsellor) to manage employee counselling, worker grievances, attendance, discipline, and employee engagement at its dairy/manufacturing facility in Baheri.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel employees and workers regarding workplace issues, personal concerns affecting performance, and skilled challenges.

- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.

- Monitor employee attendance, absenteeism, punctuality, and workplace discipline.

- Conduct employee induction, joining formalities, and orientation.

- Conduct regular employee interactions to understand concerns and improve workplace satisfaction.

- Coordinate with department heads to resolve employee-related issues.

- Maintain employee records, counselling reports, and HR documentation.

- Communicate company policies, rules, and procedures to employees.

Required Skills





- Graduate in any discipline; HR, Psychology, or Counselling qualifications will be preferred.

- Experience in HR, employee counselling, or employee relations is preferred.

- Experience in a manufacturing, dairy, or food-processing unit will be an added advantage.

- Dairy Craft India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for its locations in Bahadurgarh, Uttar Pradesh/Baheri, Uttar Pradesh.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
